the NWC rodeo gala was a blast. the food was great, and apparently so were the chocolate dipped strawberries. we had a great time. now on to the super bowl. and then i need to get to work on my valentine's day orders. i'm looking forward to being busy again. not that i'm bored, however its best to keep me working. trouble arises when i get bored. i am trying to plan a wine and chocolate tasting. my first choice was for a beer and chocolate tasting, but no one seems to want to attend that event. i think it would be fun to do on a weekend in march. maybe link it to a philanthropic event. what could be better than fine wine and chocolate for charity? we'll see what happens. we are hosting an open mic night on the 15th. that should be a blast. i cant wait to see who shows up, and what they do. if it goes over well, we may make it a regular happening. hopefully people wont be shy, and they'll give it a try.
