open mic night was a lot of fun. we had a great crowd and almost everyone participated. i was surprised at how many talented people are in the valley. we decidied to do it again on march 15th. that will give people some time to come up with new songs etc. looks like this may become a regular event. the fiddleback ranch is having a barn dance tonight to benefit the FFA. so i am going to close a little early to head up there. i missed the dinner last year because i was late. dont want to miss it this year. the fiddleback has a huge arena that hosts rodeos, concerts etc. they usually ge a good crowd out there to support the FFA. i'm donating a gift basket for the auction. of course, if i miss dinner again, i may have to break into the basket for sustinance. we'll see. now that valentine's day is over it is time to start focusing on Easter. i cant believe that Easter is only a month away. i'm going to have to dip a ton of rabbits this year. i ordered new rabbit molds this year. i should have the Easter web page up by the end of the week if all goes well.
