i spent most of yesterday dipping peeps in dark chocoalte. this is an insne treat. they are highly addictive, and taste really good. nature's perfect food; sugar, yellow dye and dark chocolate. people go crazy for them. some customers buy 10+ bags at a time. i never ask why, ignorance is bliss. today i will begin the annual tradition of making my grandmother's Easter eggs. her peanut butter cream and coconut cream eggs are the stuff of legends. they are only made a few weeks out of the year, and i cant wait to eat one this afternoon. to the egg collection i have added my own handmade marshmallow and caramel egg. sugar shock never tasted so good. i started molding rabbits, but that is taking longer than i expected. i'd rather make the eggs today and deal with the rabbits later. parts of the Easter webpage are up, and the whole thing should be done within a week. i have a lot of different items to make this time of the year, and i am always running behind. but when they taste this good, a few extra days makes it worth the wait.
