the first batch of peanut butter cream eggs is done! i cannot wait to eat one. these eggs are my grandmothers trademark confection. every year we would wait for her to make them, and they are always worth the wait. next up are the coconut cream eggs. they are incredible. on top of the eggs, i am busy making solid chocolate rabbits. they take quite a bit of time to make. but they too are pretty tastey. the peanut butter eggs are by far my favorite thing to make and eat. this year i am using organic peanut butter in the eggs. i think it will enhance the flavor of the egg, giving it a stronger flavor. i'm adding more and more organic ingredients as i go along.
