the eggs and the peeps are a hit. both are selling fast. of course, i am eating them as fast as they are selling too. i may have OP'ed this weekend. (over-peeped).  with the eggs being out now, i can concentrate on over eating them. not sure if it is even possible, but i am willing to try. when i tell customers that the peanut butter eggs are made with organic pb, they really dont seem to care. they come in, say, " i need Easter eggs" and bolt. maybe i should be selling them in the alley out back? we'll see. for now they will remain an over the counter item. i'm hoping to sell a bunch of the tables and chairs that are still in here from when it was the spoke. i want to bring in other chairs and couches, make a lounge area instead. that way, people can come in get a dessert and hang out. maybe then, people will stop asking me to make them breakfast. i do realize that will probably never stop happening. but i can dream.
