the ski jouring was a blast. it might have been a little warm though. the first turn quickly became a swamp of slushy mud. several skiers overshot the corner, but that made for a good time in the crowd. the long jump landings made a big splash, so to speak. the highlight of the event had to be the post party in town. there were a lot of people there, and everyone was having fun. cody used to host a ski jouring tournament, but the lack of snow caused them to end the annual event. the bulk of our snow comes early in the season, or late april and may. i guess you cant have it all.
