okay, its about 2:40 am and i just made the coolest thing ever!! later today, the meeteetse museum is hosting the grand opening of their "between fences" exhibit. the exibit is on loan from the smithsonian. i created a confection, of sorts, in honor of this momentous occasion. if you are in the area, you have to come down to the museum and check this out! i wont go into detail, yet, because i dont want to spoil the surprise. i will post pictures of this creation on my website later today, probably under the cakes & desserts banner. every now and then i do something that i am really proud of, and this is one of those times. i cant stop laughing, it looks so real. i hope the pictures capture that effect. if not, come on down and check it out in person. ( before it gets eaten ) i gotta go, i still have a bunch of desserts to make before i open. check back later, and i will post the pics.
