the green process is moving along. we recycle just about everthing possible. because of this, i am only throwing out one bag of garbage every 8 to 10 days. i am hoping to start a compost this spring, and limit my trash to 1 bag per month, or less. having gone to college in boulder, recycling was beaten into me, and luckily, cody has a great recycling facility. it would be nice if the town of meeteetse were able to offer a similar facility. some day. its amazing how much we discard is recyclable. especially for a food based business. just think about all of the bottles that a bar chucks out every day that could be reused. you have to start somewhere, so i figure, if i can do it, anyone can.
