another fun weekend has come and gone. now i need to prepare for next weekend. on saturday august 9th we are having a dessert tasting at the store. $25 gets you the tasting menu, beverages and a gift box. not a bad deal nor a bad way to spend a saturday. the tasting menu will include several decadent desserts and confections. i'm working on several new items for saturday, and i think everyone will enjoy them. this weekend, thermopolis is hosting a PRCA rodeo. this has become an annual event, and the guys putting it on are doing a great job. its nice to have another pro rodeo close to home. there are several pro shows this weekend around the region. it would be nice to close the store and hit 3 or 4 rodeos on saturday, but i dont think i would have many happy customers if i did that. sunday maybe, but not saturday.
