rodeo season is running strong. its amazing that we are already into august. this is one very busy month for both rodeo and the store. saturday is our dessert tasting. there will be four items on the tasting menu; belgian white chocolate grand marnier mousse, belgian milk chocolate sweet basil cream, belgian 50% cocoa dark chocolate reims cheesecake, ( you're welcome gary ) and belgian 60% cocoa gateau au chocolat. the gift box will have several belgian confections to snack on once the tasting menu effects wear off. i have added a few more pics on timkellogg.com   as i find more they too will be posted. i am surprised at all the wreck photos i have. i could put together my own rodeo bloopers video. who knows, that may be next.
