Recent adventures and mis-adventures of the Meeteetse Chocolatier
Entry for September 10, 2007
well, after labor day i needed to take a break. so, i headed over to teton county to whoop it up in jackson hole, and go hiking etc. it was nice to get more than 4 hours of sleep two nights in a row! now thats a vacation. jackson was hosting their annual western design conference, which made for great people watching. if you have ever been there at that time, you will understand. the weather was perfect for hiking too. we hiked part of teton pass. the temps were in the 60's which is perfect. we had some heavy snow in yellowstone on the trip back. here in meeteetse, franc's peak got covered in snow, but not much below 7500 feet. i'm sure we will get some in town soon. with temps lowering i should be able to start shipping orders again soon. a lot of people have been asking for chocolates to be shipped, but i dont want them opening a box of chocolate mush. we should begin shipping next week if the temps stay low. heres hoping.
