what a week. the trek to bend was a lot of fun. i owe a big thank you to bobby's wife kate, for putting up with me and proxy bidding on saddle pads for me. the benefit for mike beers raised $20,000.00!  wine by the river was a fun time too. saturday was nice, it did rain at the start, but cleared off quickly. a lot of people showed up for this two day event. there were a lot of great wineries, and all of the chocolatiers were very good. however, as a 15 hour 900 mile road trip, once a year is perfect for me. time to get my store back on par. a week off and all the cases are empty. plus, with a full slate of football tomorrow, nothing much will get done over the weekend.
