well, i finally figured it out. i made a raspberry marshmallow cream, combined that with caramel and covered it in belgian dark chocolate. a good looking treat that doesnt taste too bad. the flavor is subtle, and blends perfectly with the dark chocolate. i have spent most of the day trying to get this to work. marshmallow is a tricky thing to make. once you start the process, you cannot stop for anything. its a good way to ensure a packed store. the second i start, its guaranteed that a least 6 or 8 people will come into the store. its one thing to say i will be right with you, and another to say i'll be with you in 8 to 10 minutes. bad service with a smile.
