18 days until our grand opening! one really cool feature of our new store will be the B & B. currently, the spoke runs a B & B. i will continue to rent out the rooms on a nightly basis, however, this will not be your typical B & B. for starters, it will be a bed and box of chocolates. no omelettes here.  how many american chocolatiers have guest rooms? another change will be monthly dessert happy hours. instead of hosting the event three or four times a year, we will now  offer  one every month! an NFR finals event is also in the works.  in addition, we will be serving various gourmet hot chocolates and offering tea service too.  i have a lot of ideas for the new space, and cant wait to try them. several great ideas are in the process and details will follow as soon as they are finalized.  the best idea will be our eco-chocolatier. we will be using as many organic ingredients as we can get. currently our peanut butter bars and truffles are made with organic p.b. we do use several organic ingerdients currently, with more to follow. we will be actively recycling, even more than we do now. see, change is good!
