the weekend was great, but i am really glad to have it over. moving the store was a huge undertaking. thankfully the bulk of the work is behind us. now i can look forward to the holidays and, of course, the NFR. the response to the new store is very positive. quite a few people think this is still the spoke cafe. however, i have no desire to make anyone an omelette or a burger. there are plenty of restaurants in meeteetse that would be happy to take care of that. even though it is freezing outside, several people have asked for ice cream. for the time being, we wont be serving any. i dont have an ice cream freezer here, so until i can come up with one, that will have to wait. i can only do so much.
