Recent adventures and mis-adventures of the Meeteetse Chocolatier
Entry for December 5, 2007
the temperature keeps dropping outside. good thing i brought in a bunch of wood this morning. its nice to be in a warm location for the winter. although, i cant let it get too warm, otherwise the chocolate will melt.  as for melted chocolate, i just bought a hot chocolate maker. i put belgian chocolate and organic milk in it, and in a few minutes i have a big pot of hot chocolate. top that off with a handmade raspberry marshmallow, and winter can stay as long as it wants to. (or until june) i am adding new treats to the holiday '08 page. i hope to  have everything figured out by the weekend. 20 days and counting..... that is really scarry. the NFR starts tomorrow on ESPN2. i will be keeping track of my friends and the locals that are competing. several events are wide open for the championship. that always makes the finals more fun to watch.  and its not on until 10pm here, which means i have time to get my work done before each round starts. ...or i can just put it all off until later.

The temperature has dropped here too. I like hot chocolate too, in fact I like just about anything chocolate. When you refer to organic milk is that raw milk? I haven't had any of that since I left the farm and my ex husband. So what is your favortie event? I prefer the roping, I saw one of the fastest calf roping times ever a few years back in Ellensburg. Kid from Texas roped a calf in four seconds, it was amazing. Well, don't let the chocolate melt...but stay warm.
