so far, most of the bowl games have been great. tonight penn state takes on texas a&m, and tomorrow c.u. takes on alabama. both games should be great. as expected, i will be closing a little early tonight so that i can watch the penn state game in peace. i also am preparing for my annual trek to denver for the stock show. i leave in about a week and a half. it will be nice to be at a rodeo again, and around other peoples livestock. two weeks of COOR"S induced heaven. of course, half of my luggage will be filled with chocolate for my denver/boulder friends. as they may like me, but only if i show up with a lot of chocolate. a new receipe came my way, and it turned out to be rather good. its a dark chocolate custard with a sea salt caramel topping. however, i made the portions too large. its really hard to finish one, since they are very rich and sweet. oh well, we must slog on. well, the first bowl game of the day is about to start, so i must go. nothing beats a college football saturday, except rodeo on any day.
