well, happy new year's! what a year it has been. i think i made just over 18,000 truffles this year. scary. i'm closing early today so that i can enjoy the holiday. new year's eve in cody is always a good time. the irma throws a legendary party. and its the last gasp of collegiate football. six months without football will be rough, but if i can binge on bowl games, i think i will be fine. the sand hills rodeo is coming up, that is the kickoff to the new rodeo season. then, of course, is the epic national western stock show & rodeo. two weeks, 23 rodeos. 3 PBR events, and lots of cattle. i cant think of a better way to spend a two week vacation. thanks for a great year filled with a lot of laughter, great times, a lot of beer, and some chocolate. happy new year, and happy trails.
